1. Technical feature

(1) Special designed wood-plastic compound mixing extruder can constantly produce. which solve the problem of mould matched with extruder.

(2) This product is green product,almost 90% of which are recycling materials.

(3) Low requirement to recycling plastic,low requirement to wood powder quality,quantity and water rate.It is no need to drying process.

(4) The wood powder is filled in large constituent, which lows cost largely.

2. Feature of finished products

(1) Have a good physical performance, durable time is some times longer than wood products.

(2) Light, cheap, good processing performance, wearable and good plasticity.

(3)Vermin proof, antibiotic, corrosion resistance, no absorbing and hard transmutation.

(4) ultraviolet radiation resistance, weather bearing, heat insulation and have a similar texture with wood, besides, it has a good stainability.

(5) Have a stable performance.

This extrusion line can be used to produce PE & PP WPC profiles, which are extensively used for pallets, packing cases, flooring, outdoor decoration, etc.
