| (1) Appliance:
EPS foaming sheet is a new packing material. It has many advantages such as good heating insulation, shock absorbing, noise proof, moisture proof, safety. So It is widely used in packing of fruit, food, electronic, commodity, hardware etc.
(2) production process:
Using EPS as material, inject in vesicant by high pressure at the extruding course, then make into high foaming sheet after die extruder and cooling tank.

XPS foamed board production line, also named as XPS heat insulation boards extrusion line or XPS heat insulation sheet(plate) extrusion line, is one of our new hi-tech products developed on the basis of international advanced technology.

| Based on the principle of foaming, the machine adopts speical use screw machanical barrel in the prodcuction of polyethylene plastic foaming net, which are widely used in glass, ceramics, fruits, electronics, and etc. Equipped with this product, the machine is compact in structure, and flexible in operation, and convenient in maintenance, and high efficiency.
